Encore Tickets is BS!

Ok, I'm usually a quiet individual but today I got pi**ed off. I am from NC and want to go to the Cincinnati show. I know tix don't go on sale until March 22. BUT, if you visit
www.encoretickets.com they have 47 lawn seats for this show at $115/each. I am going to the Atlanta show, BUT if I want to have a front row seat it can be all mine for $800. The average Parrothead cannot aphord this and it's not right. All the corporate individuals are buying all our tix and making a profit. It's not fair. Thanks for listening.

ok, so your point? as i have said before, here and elsewhere. learn to negotiate. know the face value of the ticket you want, set a price you are willing to pay, and then offer that price to who ever is selling the ticket you want.

mason, I think you missed her/his point....it is a lot more than just not getting tickets...or paying 10x what they are worth...it is that the system is far from honest and fair.

I certainly agree with all the hooplaa about the brokers, but $800.00 for front row tickets, res that is high, but check out the 3rd and 4th rows for GreatWoods here in Mass, $1800+, those are Trump tickets.
