I have found a new favorite. I mixed this up last night, and it took me to a tropical paradise.

1/3 glass of Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Rum
1/2 glass of Pineapple Juice
Top it off with some Orange Juice
Pour over ice and prepare for Paradise

After my 3rd 20oz glass last night, I couldn't stand up, but that was fine with me.

SOUNDS VERY GOOD....I'll be trying it soon...

I thought that it couldn't be beat, but it was. Instead of using Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Rum in the mix, try it using Malibu Coconut Rum. Instant tropics!

If you are lookin' for a little extra kick, go with some Cruzan Coconut Rum. More sting per shot than either Parrot Bay or Malibu.
