PARROTVILLE at the Tiki Bar!

Hiya Pholks!
Just wanted to let you know that Parrotville will be playing at Martells Tiki Bar in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ on April 19th at 9:30 PM. With all the cold and snowy weather we've been having lately, at taste of summer would be mighty welcome round here!
And if'n you want to make a day of it, Dr. Cheeko, one of the best reggae bands around, will be playing at 1 PM.
If you've never been to Martells, you're in for a treat. It's right on the boardwalk and has a pier that extends over the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. They even have palm trees!

If it's a nice day, it'll be awesome. If it's cold, well, it'll be cold.

So why not join a few BN'ers for some margaritas, or beers, or pina coladas, or daquiries, or whatever it is that you drink???

Hey Bob, I found that room on orbitz.com for $29.95. I think she added the "travel agent fee" to her rate!

I did NOT!
However, I did add the "Breakfast thrown down the basement stairs" charge. Now, if I added the "Children running on the floor over your head" charge, THAT would cost another $5.00.

I would love to see parrotville in NJ but cant' make the show. I guess I'll just have to wait to see them at Fagers Island, Ocean city, MD.

Fager's Island is my MOST favorite restaurant/bar in Ocean City!
One time, we were there when a big hurricaine was hours away from landfall. We sat at the outside bar and watched the employees tie everything down or bring it in. We were the only fools sitting outside in what was almost like a wind tunnel! They finally chased us out and we drove back to NJ with the hurricaine on our heels! It caught up with us at the ferry and we had to stay in the ferry terminal overnight.
Golly, they make good frozen mudslides too.

What date will Parrotville be there?

Parrotville will be at Fagers Island every Thursday night starting June 26th - August 7th. We are planning on going to see them on 7/17 when we are on vacation in OC. They are a GREAT band!

I was all set for us to come down...and then I realized that the next day is Easter and we already have plans to go out to dinner with Jody's family. I really, really, really wanted to go...

I knew the next day was Easter...I was wondering how long it would take YOU to figure it out.

I assumed if you knew, you wouldn't be in for THAT big a road trip! Too bad though.
