I keep telling myself that, cause I just can't wait that long

I have a question about tixs tho .....
When you order them on-line, when do you get them in the mail??? I still haven't gotten mine and I'm getting a little nervous, especially since I had that little billing address problem

What delivery option did you pick? I used the UPS 2 -3 days and got them in about 4 days, so did my sister in law but hers came in about 8 days. They do say to contact them if you don't get them within 48 hours of the event. OH PLEASE my heart would stop by them :o . I will keep my phins crossed that you get them soon.

I did the regular delivery option, they said I would have them no later then 10 days before the event, but my heart would have stopped by then :o

If I don't have them by the end of May, I'll give 'em a ring. I'm not patient, I want them already! Hell I wanted them the day I ordered them

Well I can't blame ya there. And of course they already took the money from your account  It is such a joy dealing with TM.
You are a much more patient person than me. I being the patient soul that I am would have been on the horn bugging by now at least 3 times a week  :D

Ticket Bast-ard

I got my tickets almost a month ago by standard delivery. They come in a plain white window envelope that looks like junk mail. If you got your tix through TM online or by phone, you can look up their status online:
https://www.ticketmaster.com/member/order_history
(you may need a free TicketMaster account to do this)

It will show you if your tickets have been printed and if they have been mailed.

OMG ..... Thank you Thank you Thank you OystersNBeer!!!! :D

I went to the TM page, and it says my tixs have been purchased and are in the process of being printed. Makes me feel a little bit better .......

Accrd98 I know a lot of folks are partying at local hotels before heading over to Merriweather.

The local Parrothead club is having a tailgate, looks pretty interesting, I'll probably be going.

Just have to leave myself time to get over to the Holiday Inn to meet Fruitcake and Co.

Anyone got any extra tickets? If not, does anyone know how easy it will be to get some either at the pre-party or before? I know in Vegas and Irvine, there are always people trying to sell some in the parking lot parties.

Mismagic,

I wouldn't trust what it says on the TM website. I had a similar situation when I ordered tickets for the NYC show a couple of years ago. The website kept saying "tickets are being printed", but I never got them. Finally, I called TM to see what the hold up was. Come to find out, my credit card company had my zip code wrong (I had just moved), and since the address I gave TM didn't exactly match up with the address on my credit card account, TM didn't send the tickets.

Fortunately, I was able to get everything straightened out and got the tickets in time. But I never did get any notification about it. Sure, TM can go ahead and charge my credit card and they can spam my e-mail account with all kinds of info about concerts I couldn't care less about. But a simple e-mail to let me know there's a problem? NO!

At any rate, I got my tickets for Merriweather some time ago. Hopefully, you won't have any problems, but don't hesitate to call TM and find out what's up if you don't get your tickets soon.

Okay guys - I wanna bring this topic back to the top. I am wondering, a few of us will be staying in Alexandria, Va the 3rd to the 6th and will be hitting both concerts. What we're trying to figure out is if there is any wat to hitch a ride from our hotel to the Merriweather concert. I understand it's about 40 minutes away from the hotel. we are staying at the host hotel for the WAPHC pre-concert party for the VA concert. (can't recall the name)

Am wondering if there's any kind of car-pooling, busses rented driving over there, PH Clubs doing something???? Can anyone help me out here?
