Eclipse???
Did anyone get any good views of the Lunar eclipse last night? I was in Atlanta, and Mother Nature didn't cooperate. I was able to catch a quick glimpse around 11:30, but just for a minute. I saw some pics of it on the internet though, and it looked pretty good.
Man, I was all set too. I had the Buffett playing, was smoking a nice cigar, and just sittin' outside sippin' some brew and waiting for the skys to clear. It just didn't happen.

Nashville was crystal clear. Man I want to go to a Cheeseburger in Paradise. Are they cool? You guys should see my grandfather. He goes through the whole motions. He gets his telescope out, times the eclispe, goes through all sorts of girations and thing ah mum boos, calls us all outside to watch. He's a retired engineer so astronomy is his outlet he says. It's pretty funny to watch

Re: Eclipse???
Tough luck there....I was at the extreme northern end of Fulton County and saw it as clear as it could be. The only cloud cover came in just as it ended....perfect moment. First one I've seen that clearly. A definite "moon song" night!JimmyDreams wrote:Did anyone get any good views of the Lunar eclipse last night? I was in Atlanta, and Mother Nature didn't cooperate. If you're going to do nothing at least do it at the beach!
