Concert Opening Song?

Here you can discuss any Buffett related topic.

If Jimmy came up to you and said, " Pick a concert opener for the rest of the summer, but it has to be one that has been an opener from the last 7 years", which would you pick?

I agree that Great HEart is one the best opening songs, but since I am usually late getting into the show (cause I'm so drunk and have a hard time figuring out where the show is from the parking lot) play a standard like Margaritaville ect... so I don't miss any of the good songs.

That was a REALLY HARD one! ...I really liked the Reeferette sung version of Hot Hot Hot from the Far Side Of The World tour, but the Buster version is too much fun. I dunno what I'd really want to hear... Lage Nom Ai would be cool since all of the replays that I've heard cut out the first few notes :-?
I still love old magazines and Snickers bars....

GREAT HEART!!!
"And now you’re here and the search comes to an end... I’ve found my long lost friend."

"In all his deepest dreams the Gypsy flies with sweet Melissa..."

George Strait in June, Kenny Chesney in July, and Jimmy Buffett in August... Looks like a Great Summer!!!

I always thought a Nadirah and Tina sung Calilou would set the tone-bigtime.
While the embers from the logfire
They flicker, fly and twirl
Then drift off towards the cosmos
From the Far Side Of The World

I love Great Heart as an opener but One Particular Harbor is the sweetest opener I have ever heard performed live-'96 show I believe.

i posted this on the other thread, but i think cuban crime of passion would be a great opener....lots of energy and gets everyone dancing
Some of it's magic, some of it's tragic, but I had a good life all the way
