Radio Margaritaville On XM Radio

I recently queried the folks at Radio Margaritaville and at XM regarding whether there was any chance the RM would appear on XM.

Here are the responses:

From RM:

Yes, it was discussed quite a while ago, but, so far, nothing has come of it. There is new technology out there that would make satelite unnecessary.
We'll have to see what happens.

Yea I am already an XM subscriber, not sure what technology would make it obsolete, but anyhow that is a slightly different reply then I got from XM some time ago, they said it didn't look like it was going to happen.
