OK, I was wanting info from someone that knows more than me, I was going to change my hotel to the "party" hotel at Holiday Inn Express-Fishers, but they said it would be $308.91 for the room, bus, pre and post party all inclusive. Well, we won't get there until after the show due to work, don't really want to ride the bus, and as far as all inclusive my 17 year old nephew and 65 year old dad don't drink, but still like to have PHun!!! But, the hotel won't break it down and said you cannot even go into the areas that have the music or participate unless you buy the entire package??? Does anyone know if it is really worth it or if they really stick by that, it just seems a little high if you don't drink alcohol, but would still like to party like you doWe have been to tons of hotels that seem to offer what this one does, but they let you buy your own drinks and food! Just wondering what everyone else thinks!!!!! PHins UP

phan: honestly it's not worth it - our club tried to work a deal/package with them last year and they wouldn't budge - and we're the Indy club! There are a couple of other hotels in that area but they may be full too - if you need some rooms, et me know, as I worked a deal with a hotel right down the street from me (about another 10 minutes from that HI) and quite a few are staying there (about $65 per night - with both indoor and outdoor pools) and then we're all caravaning up to the campground on Thursday (after a wild party on Wednesday) - send me an email at:
shelly@insley-systems.com if you want more info.

Hey, JB90! Maybe this will help:
A bunch of us stayed at that HI last year. (That's where Jimmy himself stayed the year before)
The ophicial party was at the hotel next door, which we did not attend. I got the impression that they were fairly strict about the attendees; They checked wristbands as I recall.
There were a lot of PH's hanging around the lawn area of the HI, while the ophicial PH party was a stone's throw away. We did not feel like we missed out on anything, and no authorities bothered us. In fact the HI was quite tolerant of a LOT of PH behavior and craziness. Especially when our palm tree was stolen.
MICHI BASTARD
There was also a lot of action at the Bennigans in the hotel. It is a public restaurant with an outside and a hotel entrance, so you can probably find a party there anytime without buying the package deal.
We have a "resident" travel agent that can usually be found in the Social Area -
Jeepgirl who is a great help! Feel free to pm for more info!
p.s. If you do go to the Holy Day Een,
tell Achmed "Howdy" for us!

What AB said. I liked the facility, too.
If you see Achmed, please give him my best regards, but do not tell him where Michi is...k?

We stayed at the Holiday Inn next door to the party last year. We did not buy into the whole package as it seemed quite expensive. What we did do was buy a ticket for the bus only. They had a certain number of seats left to fill so sold them separately without the party. I think they were $20.00 a seat.
The party itself was set up in a large tent in the parking lot next to the pool area. We were on the lawn right next door and could hear all the music etc from there. Actually got a bunch of great pictures of people around the pool area. Must dig them up again!
I can still see the toilet paper wrapped around the SUV ETP & AB were "road-tripping" in!!
