wow you are fast. i have no idea what i'm doing. i was trying a pic from the bn picture gallery just to get the hang. once i figure it out it sound like i can upload my own picture to use? thanks a bunch.

p.s. im finding what is labeled a s a url at the bottom of the album page, but it doesn't seem to work. where do i find the correct one? thanks again for your help.

If you have a picture on your computer, you can upload it to the BN photo gallery. Just wait a few days for it to be approved and you can use the thumbnail size of the pic for your avatar.

If there is a pic in the gallery that you want to use now? Just right click over the picture, go to properties, copy the URL address and paste that into the avatar box.

help!

i posted a picture to the photo gallery and its posted. i copied the link (http://www.buffettfan.net/gallery/displ ... ?pos=-6656) and pasted it in the link spot in my profile. when i hit submit it tells me it isnt a valid link.

any tips would be appreciated!
