But I also agree with Lee and Gumby because I feel RS is more of a contemporary art magazine. I personally haven't picked one up in about 10 years because they started putting people on the cover like the Melrose Place cast??

What the hell was that all about?
Like VH1 Classic, they should come out with a Rolling Stone Classic that we could all actually enjoy

I haven't picked up a Rolling Stone in about 10 years, what the he11 was up with the Melrose Place cover back then and what did that have to do with music? Like VH1, they should come out with a Rolling Stone Classic

PJ Harvey opened for U2 in 2001 (as did No Doubt, also on the list).
I wouldn't be surprised if U2's #1 listing increased her standings as well.
