With as accurate as weather reports tend to be in the DC area, I almost wish that they're calling for rain, since the actual weather will be far different from whatever they predict!
I'll certainly take those temps and NO RAIN.

at least it doesn't appear that we will be anywhere close to the 105 we had last year at nissan! paramedics should have a little less work to do with those temps

Really Hot Last year

Anything would be better than last year. It was so hot I almost forgot to have fun.

Your right, last year was a sweat bath kind of yucky day.
Remember the year, or maybe 2 b4, that we had all the rain and thunder/lighting and they had to postpone the gates opening for like 1 1/2?
That stunk.

No I have not
I have tried:
Kelly's (Ellicott City. Rt. 103)
Allview (Columbia Rt. 108)
Jason's (Rt. 40)
No luck. One place told me that it could be a regional promo and that it depends on the buyer. There is another thread on this too.
I'm gonna keep trying.

JMon and FHead -
I've tried looking for the CD at:
Corridor in Maryland City (MD 198)
Astor's in Laurel (US 1)
Kings Contrivance liquor store
Some place on US 40 near the Baltimore city/county line today
Liquor store off US 29 and Shaker Drive
among a few others, and NO LUCK.
They obviously haven't distributed them to our area yet.

Pretty normal (FINALLY) for July in Maryland. Looks like the tropical storm that hit New Orleans and is headed this way should die out b4 it gets here or be done with any rain by Thursday AM.
It's BUFFETT WEEK in the Mid-Atlantic!
