The holding lot is a great place to start the party...

This will be my first time to nissan. I heard it was pretty hot last year and the projected forecast from buckeyeparrothead (HI Liz) sounds like this year will be a repeat. Anyone bringing a pool by chance? Im not sure if the hotel were staying at saturday (Red Roof) has a pool or not. Im counting down the days. There is no better party then a parrot party. See everyone soon.

I have a pool I could bring, but no water to fill it! So that's worthless.

Is that the big fish pool. Where theres a will theres a way. If we can't find water, we could fill it with margaritas. You should blow it up and tie it to the roof of your car. Or, if it rains, we will have pool water.

That's the one...the whale pool. I'll think about it, it's kind of a pain to deflate, so that won't be fun when we're trying to go into the concert!

How did the party go yesterday?? Ours was great!!! The Carona's were flowing

If the weather's going to be HOT HOT HOT, remember water, y'all! I don't mean to sound like a mother hen, but for several people last year (myself included) it was the difference between passing out and NOT passing out!

You got that right! I just picked up a case from Costco
plenty to share !

Fruitcakes, the party went great... we were on our feet all day preparing food and getting everything set up... had 45 people here... a few drops of rain every now and then, but nothing to send us indoors... last person left around 2... we are now recuperating for another long saturday coming up!

I dont know whats going on at Merriweather...We're driving up from Raleigh Thursday morning, will get there around 1-2...We're staying at the Clarion Peabody, anyone know anything about this hotel? We don't know anyone else going, so if anyone knew of a big party we would find that, especially since I'm hearing such bad things about tailgating there...Any ideas/suggestions?

Alright back to the topic of this thread All plans still set for leaving the Red Roof Inn around 11-12 ? Lvskns, everything still good to go with me getting the room from you and all?

Thanks Jo Ann, I'll be doing the Cosco thing today, and a case of water is on the list also. Too bad you guys won't be there, plan on it next year. I hope to be set up before noon. I have a new gazeebo tent thing to set up. My neighbor was able to get me one of those Corona/Buffett party banners, plus some inflatable Corona/Buffett stuff. I should have a pretty neat set-up.

Man I'm so excited...The setlist for the 3 most recent shows looks awesome...Lot's of old stuff...I'll give my right eye to hear "it's my job" , "wino and i know", and some of the other oldies he's playing now
