CRAB FEAST ON THE COMPANY'S DIME!!!!!!

And its well worth it after the year I've had. Hopefully if there is any extras I can bring them tomorrow

I'll see what I can do they cost $200 for a bushel of large crabs so I am hoping that there might be some extras

IMPORTANT INFORMATION SHOW INFORMATION FOR JIMMY BUFFETT AND THE CORAL REEFER BAND AT MERRIWEATHER POST ON THURSDAY, JULY 3:

Parking Lots open at 4:30pm.

Concert Gates open at 6:00 pm.

Beachball & inflatable sharks are allowed.

No Glow Wands allowed.

No Beverages, water containers, water botttles or food allowed inside gates.

No lawn chairs are allowed through the gate. Lawn chairs will also NOT be rented. You may bring blankets, plastic, or other FLAT items.

No signs over 12" x 12" will be permitted inside the venue.

No Cameras, Video Recorders or Audio Recorders allowed.

No Laser Lights, Pens or Pointers allowed.

No Frisbees, Footballs or other similar items allowed.

Lets all start lining up for the parking lot earlier then 4:30 so they have to open the gates!!!!! I say 8AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not to sound too excited because I would love to do that but I don't they will open up early if we camp out at the gate

Called the Holiday Inn...Talked to a manager...She said that as long as most of the people are staying in the Holiday Inn, and it doesnt get too loud or rowdy and nothing illegal is going on, that it won't be a problem at all...She said that if its disturbing guests or becoming a problem, then it would be a problem...

So, doesn't sound like we'll have any problem hanging out there for a while

After missing out on the Camden show last night, my phBrother and I managed two tix for tomorrow... and we'll be heading out from NJ around 12:30 or so, probably can make it by 3:30 -4pm....

Boy and I glad I checked this thread out, or we would have been sitting in my big truck, alone, sober at the gates waiting...

Got room for two more at the HINN?

PS: If you want, I can post the map and then post a link to it...

otherwise, would someone please drop me the map in email or pm?

Excellent!!!! That is some good news to hear. How many guests do think stay in the hotel room from 2-4? None that I know of and hopefully most of them will be parrotheads!!!!!

I think I missed too much going to lunch

trying to catch up. Ok I love what the Holiday Inn told you. We can plan on that until we meet up with everyone. I lost count but I think we are up to about 40. Then we can find out what everyone else is doing.
