Dedham to Mansfiled is a straight shot down rt95 an easy drive, with traffic it could take a little longer than 20 min. if you leave late morning/early afternoon there shouldn't be much traffic. I used to live in the Dedham area and it was a nice quick easy ride to Great Woods from there.

But you are correct i wouldn't want to walk it.
