The bartenders at the beginning of the video kinda reminded me of Tom Cruise and his sidekick in "Cocktail" with all the juggling etc. of the bottles, etc. I thought it was cool! :)

Hullbilly - I love it!!

I STILL haven't seen it!!! I also want to see the crowd. There was some guy - seemed to be with Jimmy's people - that was video taping the audience. I kept wondering if they needed more footage for the 5 o'clock video, and that maybe Camden is on it also.

2:45 in the morning and I just caught the 5:00 Somewhere video. Pretty cool. Just makes me want a live Buffett DVD that much more. Can't wait 'till he hits Tampa again. The stage setup looked pretty sweet too. :pirate:
Bring me the hot sauce, bring me a beer. Going to be the last man standing, but where do you go from here?

I just saw the video for the first time this morning (Tivo taped Most Wanted Live for me). Anyways, I thought it was a cool video but agree that they could have made the transition from the bar scene to the concert scene a little smoother. But I really liked the video. As for the dubbing of the words, I'm sure that's what they had to do because they can't use the live version of Alan and Jimmy singing or it would sound weird. So they were definitely enunciating the words a lot more than usual on stage so that it would fit with the recorded version, especially when they are talking back and forth at the end. All in all though I thought the video was really cool! And I still love the song!! :D

wphs! That was my initial reaction - another 119 or so minutes worth of the show would be awesome!

The video in my mind was much different than the real one. I pictured a guy at a bar in "work clothes" be it blue collar, white collar, or in between... not on a boat in the ocean, and then not a spring break atmosphere at the bar. The day AJ was having didn't look to me like he needed anything tall and strong before he went insane... he actually looked quite relaxed!

I thought the transition through the door to the stage was fine, despite Jimmy maybe having a little too much eye makeup on for the "funny you should ask" closeup. But that's just me being overanalytical I suppose!

Despite all that, any JB video is good video, so it was fine by me! I like the song, and I like AJ, and I'll buy his gh cd next month! Play it again, Sam!

After reading some of the other comments being picky about the video. I have come to the conclusion that I am not alone in my anal world. Don't get me wrong it was very nice to see a Jimmy video and where or WHEN is that DVD?
When they run you out of town make it look like you are leading the parade.

I saw the video last night, I fell alseep before it came on, but I have UltimateTV, so I hit the record button and it records the last few minutes of the station, so I got the whole thing, not that it won't be on 10 times today, anyway.

I thought it was pretty good, but the signs the fans were holding up looked totally improvised, to the point where somebody said "Here's a sharpie pen, write this down on something and we'll tape you!" We all know Parrotheads are much more creative then a torn off piece of cardboard and a black pen.

The girl in the green bikini gets my vote for prettiest girl at the bar!
