You all might want to check into the Texas Sunset Sail. This will be on thursday night from 5 to 7 pm - so it won't interfere with any musical talents scheduled. THere will be great music on the sail. It's gonna fill up fast, it might even be filled up now and it was just announced last night. Hmmm...........how to check it out, I'm not sure because I got a personal evite, but check out the Texas Parrot head website, or if you're really interested, pm me and I will forward you a copy of the evite. It was a blast last year!

But we LOVE Aussies; so it will be a little less fun! Sorry you're not making it this year. It's been a pleasure sharing the experience of MOTM with you the past few years. Just go hang out in Atlanta with Amy Lee and enjoy the fall; it's a nice time of year. We'll miss out at the Blue Heaven on Sunday afternoon with Sunny Jim; what fun that's been the last few years. You can make up for missing MOTM with a visit from Jimmy in January (if he really makes it), so don't fret.

Thanks Jeannette - I know I will have fun in Houston, San Antonio, Chicago and Atlanta - but will be a little weird being home at MOTM time!!
I think it will be cold in Atlanta when I am there - I am usually cold there in November, and wont be there till December!

Least your hubby wont have to go helping out lost people at MOTM with his GPS thingy!!!

Actually, this is Rich (hubby), and I had great fun with the GPS receiver pointing the way home (or the next party) to all the drunks in Key West. If you're worried about Atlanta being cold in November, you ain't seen nuthin' yet. If you're in Chicago in late fall or winter, you might be in for a shock. I had the pleasure of being there for the 2nd and 3rd coldest days in history there: 25 and 26 degrees below zero. Believe me, those temps make an impression. Let us know when you're coming through Atlanta, and the three of us can meet somewhere.

I know I am in for a shock and might have to go buy some thermals first thing. I have NEVER been in temperatures (and this is the overnight temp when sleeping!) lower than -2 celcius ... and 0 celcius is 32F :o

I cant buy anything here - I was at the store the other day, and apart from some christmas stuff being out already, they are fully in to summer mode!

I guess I just gotta find someone to cuddle up to! :D
