Nope. You will not be allowed in with it. If you want you can park it at the lot next door, but I think they charge $30.
Good Question

I looked at photos of the concert and the only campers I see are You-drive-ums. Better call and be sure and not be left out. The best thing about taking your camper is having a bathroom! It also makes you a lot of friends who want to use your bathroom!

I remember seeing in past years people towing boats in! If they still allow that I can't see why they wouldn't allow campers.

they put a stop to that a little while ago, I remember the good old days when they let you bring in boats and campers.

Cool another GW parking lot thread! Since there are about 100 of these and it would take me a lot of time and energy to find my answer, maybe one of you kind folks could confirm a little something for me.
I've heard everything from the parking lot opens at 10 am, to it opens the night before. My gf and I are thinking of coming wednesday night and crashing in the durango in the parking lot. Can we do that? If not when can we get in the lot in the morning?
Thanks and sorry for being too lazy to search for the answer myself....

You can't park overnight. There's a Stop and Shop down the street that might let you park there; not sure. The gates usually open between 10 and 11, as soon as the traffic starts backing up onto the road. You want to be in the far right lane so you get in the lot near the RVs. The left lane will take you to no man's land. If you're not there by twelve, you probably won't be in the primo lot. You need tickets to get in the lot.

The lot opens when the first car arrives in the morning but you can not park overnight. They will be using the parking lots on Friday and Sunday for a huge golf event the next town over from Great Woods. Last year we got there around 10:30-11:00 and the front lot was half full, many people I spoke with said they arrived at 9:00-9:30. There are two parking lots and both are great, but they only allow RV's in the right front lot and the RV section is legendary and HUGE but if they make you park in the back left lot you can always walk over to the RV section. Over the years I have parked in both the front and back lots and had a great time in both sections, the two lots are connected and are defiantly walk-able. I always try to park as close to the RV section as possible to make the walk over there shorter, especially if I am carrying booze but I always take a tour of the back lot as well. In between the two lots is the box office, main gates and the official Buffett T-shirt stand (and there are many t-shirt bootleggers walking around as well). Also in this area are all the promotional stands, radio stations give-a-ways, Margaritaville Tequila the past few years hosts a bobbing for lime contest where you won prizes, to compete you have to sign up around noon then go back at 5 (when you are pretty much tanked) and bob for the limes, it is quite a scene. Although, alcohol is “prohibited” in the great woods parking lot the police are don’t bother you so long as you have your adult beverage in a cup or coconut…. In the past years whenever I have seen the police go up to people who are hold a bottled beer or have bottles of liquor out in the open they tell them the policy and allow them to ‘hide’ it. The police are very lax with drinking but the have zero tolerance for underage drinking and people acting like a-holes.
Hope this helps!
