The boys pulled over to sample some tumble weed and were promptly arrested by a trooper who bore a striking resemblance to Buford Pusser. JB has made passing references to other wrestlers in his books. Bottom line I think he is a fan and I guess I'm not surprised. Hell I am too. We knew he could fight a little since "Woman Goin Crazy" and that Bufford whupped his ass (and hair).

I posted a similar discussion about a year ago. JB makes a ton of references to pro-wrestling. I have a ton of bootlegs. I think it is Chapel Hill 1987 and he makes reference to Hulk Hogan headlining the night before. Lately I have been listening to a Atlanta bootleg from 2003 and he mentions someone just getting back from the "wrestling matches."
