Well good morning Terry! Welcome to the board. You will have to stop by our virtual tailgate thread sometime for a visit and a drink, however it gets a little crazy in there some times
Well you certainly have me beat. I live in Delaware and the furtherst I have traveled was to North Carolina to see him.
I hope your family enjoyed the show! !
Fruity!

I was there for that show as well. It was a lot of fun. We left soaking wet and decided to attempt our hand at turning a grassy hill into an extremely slick mud slide. We never found our friends who were supposed to take us back to the hotel, so we were stranded. A parrothead stranger overheard our dilemma and she and her boyfriend offered to drive the four of us to our hotel in her brand new Mustang. We were covered in mud, yet she insisted. We tried to pay her for her trouble, yet she refused. She really helped us out that night so, on the off-chance that she's reading this, THANKS!

We are flying out on August 23 from Heathrow headed for Boston. Crosby Stills and Nash on Saturday night then 3 days relaxing in Cape Cod before heading for Mansfield - the reason for the trip.
All in, we expect to spend over 3000 dollars on the trip, a bit expensive for 2 people to go to a concert, but well worth it.

made the trip from San Diego to Boston to see him 4 times. Doing it in reverse next month... Boston to San Diego. I've easily logged over 25,000 miles. Maybe it's time for me to get some frequent flier miles

I have flown from Australia to Vegas specifically to go to a Buffett concert and meet internet buddies at it ....
I have flown for trips to GA and Key West and seen Buffett, but the concert I went to in Birmingham from GA was an afterthought after I booked my trip and he turned up at MOTM last year in Key West.
Each trip is approx 24 - 30 hours travelling time
Least I have travelled is 5 minutes to downtown Newcastle to a concert in 1988 here in Australia!!!

No, the American friends that got me to Vegas are the winners

- I had a little help that time around with friends splitting my airline cost to get me there. PH's are wonderful people!!
Now, if he will just announce his aussie tour, so some of you guys get to experience the joys of flying 30 hours to go to a concert
