Tailgating at Cincy

I am heading to Cincy for my third straight year to see Jimmy with some friends. My question though is how early do people usually start to show up in the grass lot across the street. We had planned on party there and staying in an Rv like some other people do but wanted to make sure we got there in time to be able to get a spot in that lot. If anyone can help please do.
