Crabman and the she-crab will be there..The Pirate Truck will have the colors up once again (but I will "strike colors" before the show so they don't get ripped off like the last 2 Irvine shows).

I also have a buddy who has 4 tickets (bad news is that he is a ticket broker) who has never seen Buffett, but is curious. He and his g/f will attend also

The she-crab will have the customary Mango Tango and Very Scarry Berry margaritas (not sure of quantities, so hook up with us early!) and I will have AT LEAST 4 very fine Tequillas to share.

Just look for the little black truck with the license plate PIR8TRK and the skull & crossbones flying and you'll find us.

I'm loving the fact that Jimmy is changing the set list almost nightly...There are so many songs I've yet to hear live, and so many more I could stand to hear again!

I'll be there with one other Parrotthead and 8 who are "Buffett-curious." Not sure about our tailgating plans yet.

Irvine will be a great closing event to such a crazy week. My dad, two buddies, and I are going to Vegas, Coors(8 heads deep), Steely Dan(Friday), and Irvine! 4 shows, 8 days............that's a lot of drinkin', might have to take it easy on Friday night

Let's get this topic back up to the top where it belongs!!!

Irvine here we come!

Anyone hear of any early festivities on Friday night or earlier in the day on Saturday? My guess is they will open the lots around 3 like last year.

I agree with PH4Life....

This will be a great topper to one heck of a concert run this summer....

this lil ol phan score card...

Jimmy.... Vegas (2), Great Woods in Boston THIS WEEK (2), Chicago, San Diego & Irvine, 7 shows this year.....

Plus Eagles in Dallas, Phoenix, and San Diego

Plus Fleetwood Mac, Irvine and San Diego.

Really looking forward to Jimmy in Irvine and San Diego...nothing like the parking lot at Irvine but San Diego is gaining!

The preparty across the street should be phun...as long as the Irvine PD stay as cool as they have been in the past.

PHINS UP!!!!

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem last year.

We were in the parking lot across the street before they opened the gates but once they did there was a traffic jam to get into the venue. It took us an hour to get out of the parking lot and into the venue parking lot...just across the street!

any ideas on how to get out faster?

Like Secrets in the Crust...I will be at Vegas, San Diego, and this will be my first time at Irvine. I hope to be at the padres game on Sunday and will be seeing Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull on the 29th.

I am not that young anymore...hope I survive.
