I agree. I wish he could play Shoreline, Phoenix, Irvine and Vegas all on a Saturday. Gin Fizz... yum. I haven't had one of those in a while. Since half the fun of the Sports Page was going out to the trunk of our cars and sneaking in our own alcohol... we'll have to put them in Corona bottles...

Agreed...the only weekend show of his I remember in the Bay Area was the St Patricks Day show in 2001, which was kind of a wierd little addition to the tour...

the san jose saint patricks day show, was not a "wierd" addition to the schedule. if you will think a little harder, you will remember that jimmy took a vacation with his family to africa. the san jose and oakland shows were played at a time when jiimmy was not going to be in country for his usual tour.

I didnt mean wierd from the stanpoint of odd behavior, just different from the normal tour which was why we got a weekend show...normally the bay area gets the Shoreline show on Thursday and Irvine gets the weekend but that year or mini west coast tour was unique...

HikingonTuesday:

Just trying to give TahoeParrotHead a little crap. He and I are good friends that went to college together. I will try to make it up there for the Buffett Brunch and concert once the show gets rescheduled.
