New Years Eve In Margaritaville Las Vegas

Post by Tropotrav »

Big news from Margaritaville Las Vegas: New Year's Eve - Margaritaville Las Vegas is hosting a New Year's Eve party. The cost is $110.00 per person which includes: Food, Three Bands, Margarita Toast, Party favors, the best view of the Strip without a helicopter 1000 Parrot heads in Mecca !!! More fun than you can shake a stick at.

It is reception style, limited seating. Just dancing. Contact Sean Hobart at 702 697-2512 to make your party reservations. They do take credit cards.

NEED A PLACE TO CRASH? Our old phriends at the Key Largo still have the best deal in town for this busy weekend. Only $ 99.00 per night but there are a few wrinkles. You must check in on the 30th and stay at least 2 nights. Sounds strange but many of the strip hotels are asking for 3 night minimums and are over $ 250.00 per night. As far as "package" deals at the Flamingo, Margaritaville says not this year. There are only about 30 rooms at the Key Largo left so please call Mike McLain at 877-FLY TROPO to get this rate.

Everything's a rip off here in Vegas on New Years Eve.......if you choose to come here for that holiday, you'll pay 2-3 times what you normally would for almost everything! (tickets for Metallica that night were $325-$525 and sold out in minutes) Can't blame the hotels and clubs though....if 250,000 people are crazy enough to come here every year and shell out the money....they are not going to be crazy enough to turn it down.

So don't go...I thought it sounded like a fair price for New Years.

I don't plan to but it is still a rip off. Is it $110 because it's the Margaritaville Café. So what. It's just a bar.

Actually...by Vegas standards....the price isn't bad. It will probably cost you $50 to walk in any club on the strip on New Years Eve...without food or any live entertainment. Like I said earlier...I don't blame them for charging it......I just think people could have a lot more fun and do it more economically coming here some time other than new years eve.

If ten friends got togehter and put in $100 each they could have one heck of a party.
