Does anyone have an idea when dates for the 2004 tour might be announced?

No, I'm afraid it's a bit early. I bet Jimmy hasn't even given it a lot of thought yet.

But, as always, keep your eyes posted here and at Margaritaville.com.

Probably not until January some time. Thats when he announced last year ifn I remember correctly.

He might announce a little earlier for the FLA dates in the early spring.

i don't know.but, i am anxioulsy awainting it to see if he has decided to play Fenway over Great Woods! I hope to God its not Fenway!!!

I would like it if he did maybe the Thirsday show at Fenway and the Sat show at GW. That would be a nice combination even tho I doubt it would ever happen.

But Fenway is amazing for a concert..... I have heard the Bruce concert there was unreal.

I really hope he doesnt choose Fenway over GW...if he wants to do an xtra....well now that might make me a lil happy

P.S. As best I can tell, the Boise date is the only firm commitment for 2004.

I'm actually waitin on the Fl dates first....then I'll worry about the summer tour

M'self as well. I've already made plans to take the trip down for whichever Florida show falls on a Saturday in February.

If his dates are like they usually are, they'll fall in the vicinity of February 17th for the winter Florida gigs. Jimmy likes to throw parties for my birthday.

I don't know that he will get to Florida in February. He is playing Las Vegas in January, and at some point going to Hawaii. And wasn't their something about Australia? He also has to make up those California dates. We may not see him in Florida until the Conky Tonk tour.
I hope that I am wrong, I am counting on a Feb. date as well.

I also wonder about the Fla. shows with the Pacific stops they have listed. I know last year at Dallas he said they would return to New Orleans at Jazzfest. I hope that happens as that, mes amis, is a MUST ShOW! Did Miami this year, sound was awful in AA Arena but the Keys were the Keys. Did Nashville, it was a fantantic venue. Can't wait to see what next year holds. I know we're starting it right with New Years on Key West.

I've never traveled outside New England for a Buffett show. I may change that this year for a Florida show.

As long as Jimmy doesnt make a rediculous change and still has 2 shows at GW in 2004 I will be one happy camper.

His Florida "tour" usually only takes about 2 weeks, at the most. He has to go home *sometime.*

I hope I can get to one of these shows.

I wonder why the Hawaii show wasnt on a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday?

I have been coming to this board now for over three years, and normally, what happens is that phjim posts the inside scoop on the tour dates. Then, about a week later, they show up on margaritaville.com. Booking nonrefundable reservations is a bit risky until you see them confirmed on margaritaville. But, phjim has not been wrong since I've been coming here.
