Virginia is making Parrothead Plates!

Not sure how many of you have seen this, but I just stumbled across this site and saw these! They look so cool, but apparently they need 350 orders to get them into production. So, Virginia Parrotheads, check this out!!! (I might just have to move to Virginia!)

There have been several threads about the Va. license plates.

grateful you brought it back in since topics tend to get buried in archives and we have new people on the board every day. I'm not sure what Raleigh's current count is, but at MoTM I think he said he had about 180 so we need a bunch more before they begin production.
Have a great Thanksgiving! One of the things I'm most thankful for are the people I've met and the places I've been as a result of the parrothead boards.

According to the website as of 11/14 there's 209. 141 to go!

YES! I believe they will make "souvenir" plates but it may be that they do these after they've already run the real ones. Let me check.

Just checked and the VSA-10 form does NOT state that the souvenir plates are produced after the others so I'd say, sure, go for it. It's only $10. Here's the link to the DMV site with the plate:

These are so cool! My husband would love this! Is it possible to get them started in other states?
