Far Side of the World

Just wondering who from the continental US was going to Hawaii to see Jimmy. I was also wondering if anyone knows what the parking lot scene is out there. I would love to meet up with some of the wonderful people from this board. Happy New Year to all... And hopefully i will see you in the Far Side of the World.

There's all of Kapiolani Park and Waikiki Beach is across the street, but from the city ordinance governing use of city parks:
Drinking or displaying of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
No telling how closely that will be adhered to, but there are plenty of bars along Waikiki.
Parking is tough. The best plan is to walk or take TheBus.

I will be there!! Staying with friends on Maui first and then flying over to Oahu on Wednesday for the show with them. Then on Thursday going to the Big Island for the rest of the week. There are lots of great places to hang out before the show in Waikiki. There was not much tailgating at the Blaisdell Arena last time.
