Pirates of the Great Lakes are going to the "Frozen North" Valentine's Day weekend - for details see the events forum.
I keep asking myself "why north"? Why not SOUTH! I suppose it's all that tropical state of mind!

Hey Karen, I wish I could make that one. I'll be at Crystal Mountain for my annual family ski trip.

Noper - can't make it - four keets and bills to pay YIKES
Hope you guys make it to Parrot Phlock this year - NO excuses!!! July 1 to 4 and we got the LAND SHARKS coming in for Saturday night
Think of me tho while you're in that dry sunshine up here with the icicles - never figured out why Michigan does'nt have penguins, certainly chilly enuf for them!

I got the email and told the guys about it. It will all depend on Jimmy's racing schedule this year. Yes, the rig does actually serve another purpose!! Will you add Shawn and Jimmy to your email list?

Well penguins are kinda cute - as long as they don't bring Polar bears with them!
Got the guys on the list.
Which racing series? We have a club member who is an engineer, that is a NASCAR Parrot Head Harley biker that is a professional photographer - he can't make it to the Northern Exposure event either as he'll be in Daytona and just got back from Antartica (with pictures of penguins, whales, polar bears and Jagers!

Okay - thanks to some goofy phone calls I received from the DPHC Happy Hour last night YIKES those guys and gals know how to party! the event is now sold out (they took ALL of the remaining tickets).
But you can call River Street Station in Manistee at
231-723-8411 ask for Mike or Sue Mulder (owners and members of PotGL) - or if they are not there you can talk to any one.
but you can call and get your name on a "reserve" list in case someone decides they can't go and turns in their tickets.
See you all on the 13th!
