Buffett on 60 minutes

Post by northeasternparrothead »

If anyone was watching "35 years of 60 minutes" on CBS Sunday night (a recap of the last 35 years on the televesion program 60 minutes) then you saw a pretty neat quick clip of jimmy's 1997 interview with 60 minutes. The clip said he was "a little round in the middle and thin on top..."

how rude! :D

JB did say- with a smile on his face- those of us who take his act too seriously (maybe post a lot to BN)- need to get a life.

Guilty as charged. :-)
I know Jimmy Buffett, Jimmy Buffett is a friend of mine. Son, you're no Jimmy Buffett!

Hey I just read this post and 60 minutes was on in the background, and two minutes later, there was Bubba! :D
We used to laugh at Grandpa when he'd head off and go fishing. But we wouldn't
be laughing that evening when he'd come back with some whore he picked up in
town.

An armed society is a polite society. Manners are good when one may have to back up his acts with his life.

If I remember my history correctly.... Around that time of the interview Bubba, Harrison Ford and Ed Bradley all went and got their ears pierced together.

I think it must have been a mid-life right of passage thing. If you look you can see Ed still wears his.
