Fat chance, but never hurts to ask!
I was just on the Spawn discussion board. Todd McFarlane's company makes some incredibly detailed figures, most notably the Sports ones, but he does produce a number of music ones as well (next up after Hendrix looks to be Elvis).
I put in a request for a Buffett one, and went on to explain why it would be his #1 selling music figure of all time. Let's face it, 'parrotheads' are older, have more disposable income, and buy up anything JB produces (we've kept him business for how many years now!).
Wishful thinking, I know. While I'm certain there would be a market, they may have their doubts, and who knows what kind of legal hoops one must jump through to get the rights to do a figure, but, I've always believed it never hurts to ask. As Felix Unger said, never 'assume.'
Here's hoping for a miracle. I know I'd buy at least 2 of them, one for work and one for home.

Cubbie?
What's a cubbie? Are they similar to the beanie bears? I actually have a Buffett one. Some company which produced 'Celebrity Bears' actually made a Jimmy Buffett one. I have him sitting next to the Buffett cd collection. He has on a straw hat, and (if I remember correctly) a margarita on the chest. The only other one I ever remember seeing was a Harrison Ford one, with a hat, leather jacket & whip, and the ark on his chest.
As for a figure, yeah, I'd like to see the more current incarnation of Jimmy. Barefoot, t-shirt & wristbands, maybe his blue shark guitar. Accessories could include a bottle of his Margaritaville tequila, a margarita, a beach ball and a little inflatable shark.

Cubbie?
Oops, my bad.
Celebrity Bear #37 has a parrot on the front, and a margarita and palm trees on the back. The fabric is also done up in a tye-dyed look.
I just pop over to ebay and typed Jimmy Buffett Bear, and, sure enough, one came up.
