How was the band? How was CIP?

We all wished you were there too, fun!

By the way, the band sounded great, and were incredibly entertaining and personable! They played from 10:00 to 2:00, with only one short break. Mark and Johnny chatted with us a bit during the break, and Johhny gave the Buffettnewsers numerous shouts out through the rest of the show. They played a good variety of Buffett songs, including Tire Swing, Last Mango, and Woman Gone Crazy on Caroline Street (twice! ) Then Mark, Terry, and Johnny sat down and visited with Zero and I after the show. Johnny and his fiance have some cute little dogs! (Ian and the rest of the band must have been busy packing up.) Great guys!

Rob was a hoot pimping the bus trip all night, and handing out beads to everyone! He asked who was who by our screen names, so fun did a good job telling him who to look for. I don't think I ever thanked him for the shoulder massage while I was talking to Johnny, so if you visit Rob, thanks!

I really enjoyed the time visiting with Wade and Dave.

Hey Tiki....glad you had a good time and that Rob met up with you...I am trying to get him to get on here as soon as he gets a puter....he is a really nice guy....I will tell him thank you for you....although, I never got a massage!! LOL! I probably won't talk to him for a while cuz he is always so busy...but when I do, I will have to see what he had to say and I will thank him for you.... We are meeting in Alpine!!! That is the second time now we haven't gotten to meet!!!! first Chicago, and now this....next time FOR SURE!!!!

Man...am I bummed out. Looks like you guys had a great time on Saturday. I was planning on going...had a sitter for the keet and everything...but when it rains, it pours. The keet decided to have the fussiest day of his 4 month-old life, which in turn made my mother-in-law none to thrilled to watch him, which meant I was a no-show at the last minute. GAH!

So I'll have to catch you guys next time...hopefully the little one won't decide to act up again. Maybe I should get him one of those tequila lollipops?

We kept our eyes out for you too Chu... Wade said he made you a nametag, so we wondered about you.

As it was, I was much later than I planned. I was in there around 6:00, but my slacker family didn't want to wait 90 minutes for a table, even though they were serving pizza and appetizers to the waiters! Waiters as in waiting customers, as opposed to servers!

The change in plans and subsequent turn events delayed me until around 10:30, but Wade spotted me and greeted me at the door which was nice!

If nothing before, there will always be Alpine!

Rob doesn't seem to be the "stripper type", but I could be wrong. I was wondering about the dollars myself As far as the bus trip.....join us and see for yourself..... You can't even imagine what goes on!! especially the ride home hee hee.....
