New Album Name not Conchy Tonk

Post by Guest »

Jimmy said in the pre show interview at San Jose the new album originally going by the name "Conchy Tonk" is now going to be "License to Chill". He also mentioned the shows from this leg of the 2004 Tiki Time tour are being recorded and will be released.

Actually this was the first post about it... It was posted about 3 minutes after Jimmy made the announcement on RM before last nights show.. Then it got buried and the new thread emerged....

But, I know what you mean!

Hey I only post ever so often and I never knock JB, PH's or whatever. If took the time to register,by the time I would post again I'd forget my user name and password everytime.
You may me confused with that other guy named guest. :D

I think the new name STINKS! Conchy Tonk was perfect, expecially if it is an attempt at a country album. "License to Chill" sounds like the title of a Warren Miller ski film!

I made the previous post, but wasn't logged in for some reason. Anyway, the new album title also reminds me of the movie "License to Kill," which was by far one of the worst JB movies ever.

Oh jeez....Conchy Tonk was so appropriate for this album....must be some executive throwing his stupidity around. Or the term "Conchy Tonk" was copywrited somewhere somehow. :o
