We (my husband and I) also have made our reservations for MOTM.
Room reservations at the Casa.

just got some "late" email responces from KW hotels. They are starting to fill up. So If you think you might wanna go, don't wait.

Just wondering cause I found a good deal for air and hotel and the Pier House was one of the choices.

I wanna go bad but I have a wedding and dads time off to take care of
first also I may have surgery in april which will eat up all my days off till after. and none of this includes a trip or two to see a show this year.

I don't think you have to have actual tickets, but you do have to make reservations.

in a nut shell
-you must join a parrothead club
-then the registeration fee is $50 per person(which comes with a t-shirt and a goody bag
-be prepared for too much fun

Side, I made my hotel reservations at the Casa, but I have not yet registered for MOTM. It will probably just be me. There is a business convention that we usually go to in November. This year it falls at the same time as MOTM. I didn't go to the convention last year, but hubby did, and I think it will be the same this year. I wish I could convince him to come with me. He's not a Parrot Head and he thinks I'm obsessed. (Who, me?

) But I think he would have a great time, and it would be nice to share it with him. Neither of us has ever been to the Keys.

I don't know anything about clubs in LA, but membership in the Virtual Parrothead Club will get you into MOTM.
