Hey CG, we did know he was barking quite a bit, and would crate him when he did. I asked her the neighbor if and when he bugged them, to come over and tell me so I could put him up. She never said anything, just called the Dog Police, which is why I am p***. We are friends also, its not like I don't know her, she has been over in my house etc. We have decided to get a bark collar. I know why he does it. There are a ton of coyots that howl in this HUGE foresty field across the street at night, and I think he hears that. He never barked at our old house ever, I do not know wether he just feels weird over here or what. I never did say anything to her about it, I was going to, but decided to just blow it off.
That is pretty weird... Good for you to let it go, but boy it's tempting, next time you're just chatting, to just say, "Somebody complained about our dog barking and we got a citation for it. We're doing our best to help him adjust here."

Yeah, Cap'n, that is a beautiful dog. Know how ya feel. We lost our collie mix (shelter pup) in 2002, at the age of 14 years and 11 months, and I'll always miss her.

Hey CG, update, the neighbor called me just now, after I got home from buying the $50.00 bark collar, and said she thought her husband had come over and addressed the issue. UM NO HE DID NOT~ I was really not very talkative, but not mean either, but I really wanted to cuss her out!
We just got our new puppy on Friday! She is Pomeranian & Miniature
Dachshund mix. She's soooo cute, and she gets to come to work with me!
Right now, she's sleeping in a basket on my desk!
I'd post her picture, but I don't know how.... [/img]
Some people are like Slinkies.
Not really good for anything, but you still can't help but
smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.
I am really enjoying reading this thread. No complaints here. And I am pretty sure my lab and my dalmation don't mind the title of Jimmy's new album either!!
There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning!
