Since moving to Colorado I've stuck with the local brews. With over 100 licensed breweries in the state, there are a lot of really good ones to choose from. My favorite is Dry Dock Brewing Company's Breakwater Pale Ale. They don't package yet so I have to go to the brewery to get it.
For bottled beer at home, I stick with the local breweries. Breckenridge Avalanche Ale, Great Divide's Denver Pale Ale, New Belgium's 2 Below or Mighty Arrow, Boulder Pass Time Pale Ale and Buffalo Gold.
The only beer that I've ever had that I couldn't drink the whole bottle is Cave Creek Chili Beer.

Guinness is probably #1 on my list, but only as a perfectly pulled pint from a pub...or better yet the lovely Emerald Isle not crazy 'bout it out of the bottle or can.
Shiner Bock would probably be #2 (along with it's many varieties).
I have many others as well, and am always up for trying something new.
This is what I am having at the moment, and yes, with the oatmeal raisin cookies. Can you say *dunk*?

I don't think I ever told you how much I like you.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Green Flash West Coast IPA is the best IPA I have ever had and I have had alot.Brought back a full suitcase of it from my last trip to Colorado and not one bottle broke.(thank you Delta)
Dry Dock Brewing Double IPA is a distant 2nd.
Falling Rock Tap House in Denver is the best Beer bar 100 taps and their slogan is "NO CRAP ON TAP"
Rattle "N" Hum in New York is a close Second.
