What's the tailgating situation in Cincinnati this year?

I was wondering if anyone had inside information on what we can expect the tailgating situation to look like in 2004 at Riverbend (Cincinnati). Specifically, in 2003 the River Downs lot and field across the street were off limits last year. This put a serious damper on tailgating space. Some said there was a lawsuit pending. Does anyone know what the status is?

Dear LBF,
Nothing official. Nothing was official last yr either. No idea what happened w/ River Downs closing the lot you speak of. There is a group here working on some ways to get use of it perhaps or to use another lot w/in walking(stumbling)distance. Where do you come from for the show?

Hi Pam.... got your email. I just haven't had a chance to respond. I'll be calling Mike at Coney to ask about the sand. Hopefully he'll be sympathetic!!!

DAVE!! I hope we can kick the party up a knotch this yr! Having a decent place to play will help. Let me know if we can do anything from here...other than haul sand, that is!
Now we just need to get a date from THE MAN!

Last year was a great success.... I'd say. About all I can think of is repeating the delivery of the porta-pottys. Do you want to do it kind of the same way this year?? I can't post a visual aid... I'm on the laptop. Hopefully we'll get a bunch of BNers this year.

The porta potties were great. I look forward to donating several times again this year. Hiking through the trees isn't much fun.

For anyone that didn't know.... Pam and the CPHC had 2 porta-pottys delivered to our combined sites. Donations were accepted and the money went to charity. You can see them to the left of the Corona banner. Hopefully we'll have a similar setup this year.
