So my brother who lives in Charlotte was going to get tickets for me. He braved the snow and ice on the roads only to find out that the ticket center was not going to open until after 12. Not being a major parrothead and not realizing the importance of these tickets he decides to go home and leaves me to fend for myself with ticketmaster.com and the charge by phone numbers. (We have no ticket centers up here in Boone) I don't know how I did it but I ended up with FLOOR SEATS!!!!! ROW S !!!!! YEAH BABY!!!!! WHOOO HOOOO!!!
FINZZZZZ UP!!!!!
It's about 11:10 now and ticketmaster still has tickets through the web site. Keep trying!

I'm Columbia-Bound! Section 104, Row 19 and I was first in line. Hard to believe. Looks like online sales had the best seating available. I'm just happy to be going. It's been a few years

This will be my 11th concert in 24 years... went to my first in 1980.

Welcome to the Board, carnellm! I went to my first Buffett concert in the Carolina Coliseum in 1980.

DUDE!!! Bright and early??? Did they allow tailgating there last year? (that seems to be the million dollar question)

Yes tailgating was allowed. THe Colonial Center has no rules against it. Last year people arrived around 12 to start. You can tailgate for anything at the Center

Apparently there are STILL tickets available for all venues!
Has hell frozen over or something? (btw, Florida has

)
I shopped for an hour on TM.com and the best Tampa I could
get was second level off stage right. How do people get those
really great seats? I must have retried 30+ times!!!
