"Buffett" bars/restaurants in Maui

There is/was a place, I think it is called Margaritas Beach Cantina on N. Kihei Rd. It has a great view of the west on the deck so it makes for great sunsets. It was not just tourists as it seemed to be a locals place as well. Price was reasonable. My wife and I celebrated our engagment there, though mostly because I think she was still in shock after I had asked her in the trip to Hana that day. I think she would have agreed to Burger King that night
