I personally never remember any pre-sale except for the season ticket holders. As far as camping there is tons around the venue. I always go to one that is out of the way and in the back woods although there is one that is right across the street, Sugar Bear or something like that.

You can tailgate all you want at the sleepybear campground but keep in mind it costs 20$ to get in just to the campground and also I don't think the tailgating is all that great. As far as the venue, there isn't much of anything in the lot. You can drink but keep it in a cup. No Grills, no glass, no canopys in the lot either.
