You're trying to link it from your Hard Drive on your computer.. It don't work that way. You need to upload it somewhere and link from the website.
You can upload it to the BN Photo gallery, you've just gotta wait a day or so for it to get approved, then you can link it from there.

You can also join (for free) www.hpphoto.com and upload pictures and link to there. That site makes it easy to do.

Hey LG,

I wrote this a while back for someone. Thought you might benefit from it...

Here's how to put a picture in one of your posts (or Avatar)... Ready?
PS - Keep in mind that this is only for a Windows based system. I know nothing about Mac's.

***HINT*** The thing you want to highlight will start with "http://".

8. Once it turns blue release the mouse button and once again position your cursor over the address.

9. Now, RIGHT click over the highlighted area. Another grey box will open. LEFT click on the word "Copy".

10. Now, go to BuffettNews and start writing a post. In the post where you'd like to put your image look up at the buttons above the box that you're typing in. Click the "Img" button twice. When you do that you'll see sumthin' that looks like this: Put your cursor in the middle like this:

[img]put%20cursor%20here[/img]. Now, with your cursor in the middle of those tags, RIGHT click and select the "Paste".

11. Click preview and see if your picture works... Yay!! [img]images/smiles/icon_razz.gif[/img]

Thanks St. Somewhere. Your quote is one of my favorites.....you missed the best part though...."back to the only place I wanna be"!!!! I posted my pic on the picture board or whatever you call it and I guess it still hasn't been approved???? I haven't seen it since.....

Not too wild about swords we get ours from Hawaii and they have
worms in the warm months as for grouper they try and slip sea bass
in and sell it for grouper (and vice versa) so you have to watch out

We didn't get many fish with worms in the Straits...the ones with worms were usually from the Gulf...ours had red blood lines instead of brown blood lines

. My favorites though were pumpkins

As for grouper, we got snowy, red....depwater groupers and tilefish.....goldens and grey. We used to get dolphin....Mahi to you...lol as they would follow the boat so we would throw em handlines and flip em over the transom! My hubby catches monks now on the dragger....they are in the Straits, but we never caught em. And marlin....you can sell marlin...or is that just for your personal catches?????? Cause they would try to hang us if we even mention marlin!!!!! Oh and what is a tombo?????
