Missing horns - TC

Somewhere between Maui and St. Thomas, TC Mitchell's trunk with all his horns, including his beloved King that he's been playing for 24 years and his Vito soprano, went missing. In spite of much investigation, there is no sign of them.

If those of you in the music circuit would keep an eye out for the King, especially, serial #385406, TC would really appreciate it.

Please pass this along to anyone you can think of!

They would probably have been packed in one of those shipping trunks ... guess someone decided they needed them more ....

We do need to remember tho, that this was a serious theft and someone has lost some valuable instruments that they have had for many years.

And I hope they are recovered soon....I imagine there is an investigation.
Probably JB's people are doing everything possible to find them.

Yeah this is really unbelievable - the case was really big - like 4 x 6 x 3 feet, and well over 200 pounds. There is no way that the reefers can carry on all their instruments - Amy usually takes one with her, and the rest is shipped freight - what an abasolute bummer...

It might not be theft though - remember, the airlines lose stuff all the time. Hoping for that best.

If it is the same size as the one Amy gets shipped - it is pretty big and obvious and not something that would be sitting unseen somewhere. I hope they find them, but it has been quite a while now :(

No news that I know of. As of a couple days ago, TC thought he had a lead, but don't know yet if it panned out. Like he says, it'll be resolved sooner or later. Y'all are sure nice folks to be concerned and TC appreciates it.

That's such a crappy thing to happen. It'd be like B.B. King's "Lucille" getting lost. Phin power to TC's horns. Seriously.
