Yeah, I gotta admit the best Margarita I've ever had was made right here at home by my wife using her world-famous recipe.
But I'm the first one to admit that I'm biased on this topic.
Darn. Now I want a Margarita. It's a little past 11 am, but I can consider this lunchtime, right?

In Chicago, there is a resturant that has the BEST magaritas. It is called Cesears. On clark, just south of Belmont. Fantastic!! Their web site is "killermargaritas.com" Just great. They soak the strawberrys in tequila.. Way to go. Food is good. Drinks great..

OH YEAH, IT'S ON BABY!! sun's over the yard arm here, i think i will, thankyaverymuch.

Hi Tom,
Here's the recipe- I originally posted this on the "How Parrotheads make Margaritas" thread a few days ago. There's lots of other good ones on there too. Seems no two people make 'em exactly the same way.
This is my wife's famous recipe that she's perfected over the last 10 years. It's known as the "Hello, What's My Name?" Margarita.
- 1.5 parts clear (not gold) tequila. We prefer "Sauza Commemorativo."
- .5 part Cointreau
- 1 part Rose's lime juice. make sure it's lime JUICE and not the cocktail. You need to look closely- the bottles are almost identical.
We usually make large quantities in a pitcher and then pour in a glass w/ ice. Salt on the rim of the glass is optional. At no point is a blender or any extraneous ingredients involved. This drink is "All killer, no filler." These are STRONG, but taste very smooth.
Salud!
