All right. Everyone told me to be patient. Step away from the ledge. Not all of the tour dates have been announced. Now I see an announcement for numerous additional shows and Houston is noticeably absent. I don't get this. Houston sells out within a few hours. Why do you forsake us Jimmy? I have to go to Dallas? I have to watch you in a football stadium? Are you kidding me? Someone talk me down from the ledge.

At least you have the show in Irvine on May 29, 2004, even if it is in a football stadium with two other acts. I agree, however, that this is not a true Dallas show. I suggest that we succeed from the Union should this be allowed to stand.

I stand corrected. Irving? Wherever the Cowboys play. You know what I mean. I could not agree more. I see myself walking in with my Hawaiian shirt and palm leaf hat - only to be confronted by some country and western fans (I agree, not that there is anything wrong with that). I just don't think it will work. I am going to go out on a limb here and volunteer my leadership to this State. Get me Governer Perry. Get me Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Hell, get me George W. This will not stand.

As your duly elected leader of this protest (I got one vote from parrottheadbaby), I am now soliciting ideas for an act of civil disobedience. I am considering the following:
1) a candlelight vigil outside of a randomly selected Mexican restaurant that sells decent margaritas.
2) find the distributor of Margaritaville tequila in each affected state and hold several cases hostage.
3) Take over a radio station and play nothing but "Boat Drinks" until our demands are met.
I welcome all ideas. NO JUSTICE - NO PEACE

Uh, I believe you mean "secede" as in leave the union, and be careful what you offer to do, the rest of the country might take you up on it!
(Pretty much guaranteed if you'll take the Cowboys and Dubbya with you.)
