FYI- A little quirk in ticketmaster that I found. The first time I sent my request in I received tickets far back in 202 in Chicago. I kept trying and eventually was able to get 2 seats in mid 105 much better seats. Granted it was for only 2 tickets but still a little quirk. At 12:50 there were still sets of 2 tickets available in the back pavilion.

2 things.
1. My info was saved, I updated it last night and checked it this morning. DId not matter.
2. I just checked my order history and it was not there. I am so p***. I have to have one of my friends check.
I do not understand how they cannot give people numbers like they do in line (i.e.I was there 121st, so when ticketmaster screws up, I can go back and reprocess it.)
Seems simple enough to me.
My wife wants to take on ticketmaster, I told hjer if Pearl Jam could not so it, I sure can't.

I called and was told my tickets were voided because to many people tried at once. Sounds completely fair. Both people I spoke with knew I was calling about right away. THey said they got tons of calls. They offered me pavilion seats since they voided my lawn seats. I probably should have taken them, but my tickets were covered and these would have been for friends. I then asked about my friend's tickets and they said his were ordered, even though he thought otherwise.
WHile I am happy I am definetly going, I would like it if Ticketmaster would improve their system. WHen you tell me my tickets were cancelled because of too many people at once, please do not make it up to me by asking me to pay twice as much for tickets that may very well be obstructed.

The same error message at the credit card processing part of the transaction happened to me too. Boy was I p***. This also happened to my friend and his wife dialed TM until around 1:00 when she finally got through. They recovered his tickets and mine. Moral of this story, call TM if you got the error message when the credit card was processing, they have your info. They told her they were having internet problems and this was not supposed to happen.
Of course I'll believe it when my six lawn seats at Nissan are in my hands, but she gave them my name over the phone and he told her they had it and she just had to confirm my home address.
Call TM. Call them nonstop. Harrass them. Complain, write letters. The squeeky wheel gets the grease. My friend's wife will drink for free in my presence for quite some time. Good luck PH's.

I, too, got the "processing" message, followed by the "there was a problem processing your order" message for Nissan tickets. Well, after sitting there trying again and again with no luck, I decided to check my online bank site, and within about half an hour, a charge showed up for the price of the tickets. Before I went ballistic, I thought I better check the "View Order History" link on the Ticketmaster web site. In the list of prior ticket purchases, I didn't see a record of this purchase, but decided to go to the bottom of that page and do a search. It asked for my phone number, credit card number, and state that the event was ocurring in. I entered these, and lo and behold, there was my ticket order with the seats I had selected! So, the moral is, if you have an account with Ticketmaster, do a search on your account and double check that your purchase didn't go through. This very same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago buying Charlotte tickets, and I wound up with four tickets instead of two because I assumed the first attempt didn't work.

Price of Tickets
Went to Krogers on Saturday - Cincy was sold out in 5 min. so stayed to get tickets for Columbus. Was the second in line and still was only able to get tickets on the second level in section 230. The printed ticket price on the ticket is $78.00 then there is the additional fee of $6.60 which makes a single ticket costing $84.60 so the total of 2 should be $169.20 The total price on my receipt that I signed for was $132.30 I love a good deal and was wondering if anyone else ran across this or could explain why the total was less then it should have been.
