I hate that F***ing ticketmaster I had the page refreshed right when it changed and still didn't get jack s***.

Same here, had 6 tickets in the pavillion, processing credit card, and then nothing. So close yet so far. Time to start looking for alternatives.

Ticketmaster crashed when I placed my order. I think its something a little more sinister, there has to be someone intentiionally crashing the system. Stupid hackers or stupid ticketmaster for having a crappy system.

We had three different people trying. Myself and another had the same problem. Luckily one person got 6 lawn seats. Now we need to come up with 3 more.

Blame Clear Channel, they own Nissan and Ticketmaster, and Jimmy doesn't like them either. I feel your pain, I went to Dulles Town Center for the lottery and they called number 38, I was 31, no chance of getting them there, so we rushed home to try online, but it was too late.

I thankfully got 4 tickets but it is all the way in the next to the last row of the pavillion at Nissan. I kept refreshing and as soon as the went on sale all I could get was all the way in the back but at least they are in the middle section. I want to know what the heck happened to all the other seats. I talked to a friend of mine who works at a ticketmaster location and he said there was 50 people waiting for the tickets and only 2 or 3 got tickets. That would s*** big time.

No luck for Nissan. Was on before 10am, kept refreshing, then got message "Ticketing System is limited..try again later". Then when site came back up..guess what? NO TICKETS AVAILABLE!

There HAS to be an easier way to get tickets!!

I just checked out the ebay site, and someone put up 2 tickets for $999 TWO days ago....there's gotta be something to do about this!!

I got in at 10:01. Put in for 4 tickets (trying to get in the pavilion) and got back 4 lawn seats. All those seats were sold in 1 minute!!! Anyway, TM was processing my credit card for a long time and then the infamous "error processing your order" message. I blasted off an email to TM right away, but I have no idea if I got the tickets or not. This happened to my friend last year for Springsteen, but he got his tickets. Hopefully, I'll get mine.

Yes that is right Ticketebaymaster. Everybody is a ticket broker these days. I personally bought two floor seats in Columbus on the presale date and if I don't make the 16 hour drive I'll seek out a Parrothead before I put them on ebay. Billy Joel got sick of this practice and started holding the first few rows. He would send people up into arena and give those seats to people with the worst seats in the house. That works for me.

If you get kicked out after you enter credit card info it could be that credit card. Try a different card even if you have the enough credit on the other card. It has worked for me several times. Nothing like having a floor seat only to lose it.

Yeah, I had 6 lawn submitted and got the error page after processing for like 5 minutes. TM is evil, and not a good kind of evil

At least I had success getting tickets for the columbus show. Its not Cinci but I can probably still get tickets for that show too. I refuse to buy tickets on Ebay though.

Columbus was PHUN to get. It took a total of about.....15 tries to get a set of 5 cheap tickets RIGHT as they went on sale.
