Indianapolis Parking Lot?
Thinking about a bachelor party at the Indianapolis show this year. What is the parking lot like? Tailgating allowed? How does it compare to Chicago and Alpine Valley? Buddy is getting married on July 10, so Alpine seems out of the picture this year.

Tailgating at Indy is miserable compared to Chicago and Alpine...you can't tailgate in the lot. You can tailgate at the campsite across the road from the venue though, but it's not quite the same. It's a decent venue and I've enjoyed myself there, but there really is no comparison to Alpine and although Chicago isn't the best, Indy's still worse. I'd maybe try to have the party at CIP or some other cool bar/restaurant and then get a limo to take you to the venue right before concert time. I wouldn't waste my time trying to arrange a decent tailgate at Indy for what should be one of the best nights of your buddy's life...
