If people in KC don't know BBQ, then why do we have the LARGEST BBQ contest in the world?? Teams from around the country make the trip here every fall to show off their stuff. Check out www.americanroyalbbq.com Bring that southern style up here. We'll see how it holds up in the "World Series of BBQ"
