I just realized something that might actually be of importance to all the Red Sox fans here at Buffett News. :-?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the 3 official "Anything & Everything Baseball" thread that we've had since the inception of the Off Topic Area, right?? Assuming that much is accurate, I think that the first two were both started by RAGTOP, who as we all know could arguably be B.N.'s biggest Sox fan. Well, if you care to take notice you'll see that this year's thread was started by our old buddy NYC Port, who is hands down B.N.'s most die hard Yankee fan.

The point I'm trying to make here is that maybe that's the reason the Yankees really do s*** right now and at the same time the reason why up to this point we've made them our favorite bitches in the A.L. East!!!

Just a thought... Whaddah ya think? :D

I know it won't be longer than the amount of time since the Sox won the World Series...People's life expectancy isn't that long. :P

Matt likes to throw around the number 1918, from now on my rebuttal is going to be Jeter's batting avergage

19 Games 18 Sox wins :D

I think it is funny that all the NY fans stand and cheer for Jeter last night while he is at bat, then the second he makes an out they all boo him....way to stand behind your captain NY.

If Jeter ever get another hit.......do you think he will ask for the ball

Kind of like the Sox stood behind thier best hitter when they put him on waivers this winter? People who haven't won a damn thing in eightysomething years shouldn't thrown stones.
