ok. somewhere along the way, i read a post where someone emailed starlake (PA) and received a reply of a tentative date of thurs. sept 2. i now had hope, since i've been lucky enough to have seen jimmy a starlake for the past 10yrs and would like to continue.
my confusion sets in because i decided to check out some broker sites, just for the stupidity of it all and what do i see? several sites are listing a pittsburgh show! august 24th!
would someone be kind enough to 'splain that to me? where do they get their info from? apparently, had i wanted to spend nearly three times of a lawn seat, i could have purchased a ticket for show that doesn't exist (yet)?
really, i'm usually not stupid, just confuzzed

Ro, I have the same questions but no answers like yourself. I'v been to every single Buffett show at Star-Lake since 1992. I've seen the 24th and the 2nd on numerous websites but I'm starting to have the "Pittsburgh Panic." it would be such a sad summer without jimmy.

well, at least i know it wasn't just me. i'd rather it be in sept, but ANY date would be better than none.

Hi guys. At one point, the ticket sites had Pittsburgh tickets for August 31, and I emailed them to say he was in Cincinnati that day. I don't know where they ARE getting the info. I called Starlake and asked when/if he was coming, and the girl told me that nothing was confirmed. (big surprise) So I said do you THINK he's coming to Pittsburgh, and she said "We think he'll be here at the end of August or beginning of September..." but the paperwork takes some time, blah, blah, blah. I know that didn't give anyone any new info, but that's all the scoop I have.
