Is it true that Radio Margaritaville is located on Anna Maria Island (North of Bradenton)?
Does anyone know if Jimmy has been on the island before?
I visit there a LOT, and am always curious if Jimmy visits because it is practically a Gulf Coast version of Key West!
ANY info would be great!

I Don't know if RM is there, but it is just south of Tampa and a nice place!

Yes! Anna Maria Island is about an hour south of tampa, but it sits right on Tampa Bay.
I tried to e-mail Steve about it but he hasn't responded yet.
If Jimmy ever does visit there, hopefully he'll be down there in oh.......5 days when I leave!

I'm 90% sure that is where they are. I remember that they moved a couple of years ago, and it was all over the web site (you can probably find it on there somewhere). I know that they are in the Sarasota/Tampa area, and Anna Maria sounds right.

Just Checked RM's website. In October 2001 they moved to Manatee County. This is indeed the home Of Anna Maria Island, but no specific town is mentioned on the site. Hope this helps.
