I used to drive 2 hours to concerts ALL THE TIME. It's not a big deal.
Well...(said in my best Bubba voice) I've been on sabbatical.

Nuh-uh!!!
You wanna step outside and, ah, discuss it??
PirateJeff wrote: Isn't true that you can anywhere in the state if you drive for a 1/2 hour?
Of course not... Don't be ridiculous.... Everyone know it takes nearly a whole hour to go from the northwest corner to the southeast corner....
PirateJeff wrote: But I do have to say that RI has some of the best beaches on the east coast and some of the best bars in the world!!
Damn straight, and they're all nice and close together.

If you have the money, either go or quit complaining. Some of us don't have the luxury of a Buffett concert this year. This is like the kid who throws a fit when he gets the wrong colored bike for Christmas when homeless children are staring through the window.

I live up here in Rhode Island.
Jimmy has never came to us. Only Massachusetts!
What if we can't get to Massachusetts?!
I think he should come to the Dunkin Donuts Center for
us Rhode Islanders!
Doesn't he like the Islands? Get it? Rhode ISLAND!?
Anyway,
What do you think!?
Great Woods is 5 miles from Rhode Island!
So for most people who live in MA it is a longer drive to GW then the people who live in RI have to make!
5 miles ???
Are you
sure it's that far??
In Boston with...

maybe the reefers didnt want to deal with passport and immigration issues to go to some island up nawth somewheres.
they aint played mud island in 24 years neither. course that WAS a farce of a concert by the guy what sold Memphis the PYRAMID.
maybe yall should become part of some state or something up there.
get federal aid.
